A baby found in a snowbank.
An unearthly evangelical faith healer.
A Presbyterian minister hoarding a dark secret.
And a nine-year-old girl abducted from a municipal park in Northern Michigan.
MIDDLE OF NOWHERE follows Beth Magill's relentless search for April, her daughter missing for nearly two years. Beth teaches third grade, helps with her second husband's ministry, and confers with missing children's networks to uncover any clue about April's whereabouts. When she receives a call from a private investigator saying he's spotted April in West Virginia working the tent revival circuit, Beth has one chance to grab her daughter and run - or risk losing her forever.
